Welcome to the Registration Page for the IUMI 2024 Conference in Berlin!
Please note the following:
Registration to the IUMI conference is restricted to employees from insurance companies and associations from IUMI member countries as well as the categories of attendees listed on the registration site. Other persons can only join upon personal invitation of IUMI or the host association. In case of doubt, please contact your national (marine) insurance association to make sure you are eligible to attend.

Please find below the prices for this year’s conference, the 150th Anniversary, in Berlin, Germany.
All prices listed in Euro and including German tax of 19%.
Your 4-Day-Full-Conference Registration includes:
- Attendance to the “Welcome Reception” at the Museum of Communication with coaches from and to InterContinental Hotel Berlin
- Coffee Breaks and Lunch on September 16th/17th/18th
- Entry to all conference sessions and the exhibits
- Attendance to the “Evening of the Host” at the Westhafen Event & Convention Center with coaches from and to InterContinental Hotel Berlin
- One Set of Conference Materials and name badge with lanyard

For Broker – Exclusive offer:
On the occasion of the 150th Anniversary, we the host in conjunction with the IUMI Executive Committee, are offering a limited number of tickets to marine insurance brokers for the IUMI2024 Annual Conference in Berlin. In total we offer 30 Full-Registration Tickets for purchase.
You can apply for a maximum of two (2) Full-Registration Tickets per broker company (all locations world-wide count one) on a “first come – first served” basis. Please send your purchase request to registration@iumi2024.com.
Please note:
Payment will be made to the host VHT Service GmbH by Credit Card/PayPal/ Bank transfer online.
Registrations confirmation and Payment receipt will be received automatically after completed registration and payment. Official invoices for the paid amount will be sent automatically about 2 days after payment. If you need a Pro-Forma Invoice, this can be requested during the registration process. If you are eligible for a complimentary promotion code (voucher) please have it at hand for payment. According to German tax law the registration fee is applicable to tax as the conference takes place in Germany. Registration fee does not include costs for travel, transfer, accommodation, optional tours or liability insurance.
Cancellation deadlines:
Name changes can be made until September 6, 2024, free of charge. Please contact: registration@iumi2024.com
Early Bird Tickets which are cancelled before June 15, 2024, will have a full refund when cancellation will be within 21 days after registration confirmation date. Early Bird Ticket cancellations after June 15, 2024, and before August 1, 2024, will receive a refund of 60% and cancellations after August 1, 2024, no refund will be made.
Regular tickets which are purchased from June 15, 2024, until July 21, 2024, will have a 50% refund when cancellation will be within 10 days after registration confirmation date. Regular Tickets which are purchased after July 21, 2024, which are cancelled will have no refund.
